宜春市男男性行为人群艾滋病相关知识及行为调查

[目的]了解宜春市男男性行为（MSM）人群的艾滋病相关知识、行为以及感染状况,为制定MSM人群干预措施提供依据。[方法]对宜春市101名男男性行为者进行问卷调查。[结果]调查101人,全部认同是MSM,认同率100.00%;其中有13人认为自己是双性恋;艾滋病知识知晓率为89.11%;最近6个月每次都使用安全套的仅1人;101人中检出HIV抗体阳性4例,梅毒阳性6例。[结论]宜春市MSM人群以青年为主,文化程度较高,艾滋病知识知晓率高,安全套使用率低,存在知识-行为分离现象,有效的行为干预工作有待加强。

Survey on Knowledge and Practice about AIDS among MSM in Yichun City

[Objective] To understand the knowledge,practice and infection of AIDS among the men who have sex with men（MSM） in Yicun city,so as to provide basis for intervention measures.[Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted among 101 MSM in Yichun city.[Results]101 agreed to be MSM,with a rate of 100.00%;13 thought to be bisexual,the rate of knowledge about AIDS was 89.11%.The rate of condom use：Only one man use condom every time in recent six months;4cases were HIV antibody positive,6cases were syphilis positive.[Conclusion]Most of the MSM in Yichun city are young and have high educational background,with sufficient knowledge about AIDS,and a low rate of condom use,Knowledge is separated from practice,effective intervention needs to be strengthened.
