1起由腺病毒引起的发热性呼吸道传染病疫情的调查

[目的]对某部发生的一起群体性发热性呼吸道传染病疫情进行调查。[方法]综合采用现场流行病学调查、临床检查及实验室检测等方法。[结果]共发生病例294人,罹患率为19.42%,其中新兵罹患率最高（26.64%）,流行曲线示两个发病高峰间隔5 d,临床表现以急起发热为特征,伴有咳嗽、头痛或咽痛,部分病例有腹泻。27名病例急性期与恢复期血清腺病毒IgG抗体阳性率分别为29.62%和100.00%,同期132名整建制单位官兵双份血清IgG抗体阳性率分别为62.12%和79.55%,差异有统计学意义。[结论]综合判断这是一起由腺病毒引起的发热性呼吸道传染病疫情,由新兵入伍外源性输入引起。

Investigation on an Outbreak of Febrile Respiratory Infectious Disease by Adenovirus

[Objective] To investigate an outbreak of febrile respiratory infectious disease by adenovirus of one troop.[Methods]Field epidemiological survey,clinical examination and laboratory examination were conducted.[Results]A total of 294 cases were found,attack rate was 19.42%,and the new recruit attack rate was the highest among them,the epidemic curves showed that the interval between two morbidity peak was 5d.Sudden high fever was the main characteristic of clinical feature,accompanied by cough,headache or pharyngalgia,and some with symptom of diarrhea.The adenovirus IgG antibody positive rates of 27 cases in acute phase and recovery phase were 29.62% and 100.00% respectively,and IgG antibody positive rates of 132 army member in one unit were 62.12% and 79.66% respectively,all the differences had statistical significance.[Conclusion]By synthetic judgment,it is an outbreak of febrile respiratory infectious disease by adenovirus,caused by exogenous import of new recruits.
