2008年汕头市居民健康素养基本知识和理念现况调查

目的]了解城乡居民健康素养基本知识掌握情况和理念形成情况，为制定相关的干预策略和政策提供科学依据。方法]2008年11月，在汕头市随机抽取城市社区和农村社区各2处，对16～70岁人群共1002人进行调查。结果]调查1002人，城乡居民健康素养基本知识和理念总知晓率为42．03％，其中城市居民为50．02％，农村居民为33．97％（P〈0．01）。居民获取健康素养知识的渠道与期望来源渠道，主要为电视、报刊、人户宣传品、亲朋好友谈论。结论]汕头市公民健康素养基本知识和理念总体水平有待提高。

Study on the Status of the Basic Knowledge and Principle of Health Literacy among Citizen in Shantou City in 2008

Objective]To investigate the status of the basic knowledge and principle of health literacy among citizen in Shantou City,and to provide scientific basis for developing strategies of health literacy. Methods]2 city communities and 2 village communities in Shantou city were randomly sampled respectively among 1 002 adults aged 16-70 years old in November 2008. Results]The average rate of health knowledge was 42.03 %, and the rate of urban residents was 50. 02%, and the rate of rural residents was 33.97 % （ P 〈0.01）. The outlet and expectation outlet of study healthy literacy knowledge to residents were television, newspapers and magazines, propaganda material, talk from relatives and friend. Conclusion]The level of the basic knowledge and principle of health literacy need to be improved.
