2006~2009年威海市医疗机构室内空气和物体表面消毒监测分析

摘    要:
[目的]全面了解威海市医疗机构空气和物体表面的消毒状况,为今后的监测提供参考。[方法]对2006-2009年威海市27家医疗机构消毒监测资料进行分析。[结果]2006-2009年总合格率,治疗室空气菌落总数为60.11%,手术室空气菌落总数为70.10%;治疗室和手术室的物体表面(医务人员手)沙门菌为100.00%,金黄色葡萄球菌为99.82%,菌落总数为96.26%。一、二、三级医院平均合格率,治疗室空气菌落总数和物体表面菌落总数均为三级医院最高、一级医院最低(P〈0.01),手术室空气菌落总数的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);6-12月平均合格率,治疗室空气菌落总数、手术室空气菌落总数8月、9月最低,物体表面菌落总数均在91%以上。[结论]威海市医疗机构空气消毒合格率较低,空气消毒工作需要加强,尤其在8、9月份。

Analysis on Sterilization Monitoring of Room Air and Object Surface in Medical Institutions of Weihai City,2006-2009

Abstract:
[Objective] To fully understand the sterilization monitoring of room air and object surface in medical institutions of Weihai city,so as to provide reference for the future monitoring.[Methods]Analysis was made on the sterilization monitoring data of 27 medical institutions in Weihai city,2006-2009.[Results]The overall passing rate in 2006-2009 was 60.11% in total colony of air in treatment room,70.10% in operating room;On object surface(doctor's hand included)in treatment room and operating room,salmonella was 100.00%,staphylococcus aureus was 99.82%,total colony was 96.26%.The average passing rate of total colony of air in treatment room and on object surface was the highest in advanced hospitals and the lowest in primary hospitals(P0.01).The difference in total colony of air in operating room has no statistical significance(P0.05).From June to December,the average passing rate of total colony of air in treatment room and operating room was the lowest in August and September;The average passing rate of total colony on object surface was all above 91%.[Conclusion]The passing rate of air sterilization in medical institutions of Weihai is relatively low,and air sterilization needs to be strengthened,especially in August and September.
