2009年绵阳市某综合医院医务人员艾滋病相关知识调查

目的]了解医务人员对艾滋病的知识、态度与行为状况,以便有针对性地增强医务工作者的知识水平和防护意识,预防职业性感染。方法]2009年,选择绵阳市某综合性医院对医务人员进行调查。结果]调查419人,艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率为78.98%,知晓率在不同性别、科室、学历、职称人群中的差异均不明显（P〉0.05）;89.02%认为自己有感染HIV的可能,26.01%做过HIV抗体检测;100.00%对艾滋病患者或HIV携带者持正确态度。结论]该医院医务人员艾滋病知识的认知水平较高,但不全面。

Study on AIDS Related Knowledge among Medical Professionals in a Hospital of Mianyang City,2009

Objective]To learn the status of the medical professionals＇ AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behavior,so as to provide the basis for raising the level of knowledge and the awareness of protection,and prevent occupational infection among medical workers.Methods]A questionnaire survey on AIDS knowledge was held among medical personnel in a comprehensive hospital in Mianyang,2009.Results]419 were investigated,the overall awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 78.98%.It had no obvious difference in different gender,departments,education,and professional title.Although there were 89.02% of people considered themselves on risk of infection,only 25.65% received the HIV test.All people could adopt a correct attitude to the HIV infected people and patients.Conclusion]The medical staff＇s awareness on HIV/AIDS in the hospital is high,but not comprehensive.
