复方虫草灵芝制剂缓解体力疲劳的研究

目的]研究复方虫草灵芝制剂缓解体力疲劳作用。方法]动物选用ICR小鼠,每批动物按体量随机分为低、中、高（0.166、0.333、1.000g/kg）3个剂量组和1个阴性对照组,每组10只。每天灌胃1次,连续经口给予受试物30d后,分别进行负重游泳试验、血清尿素测定、肝糖原测定和血乳酸测定。结果]中、高剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间（sec）（分别为850±80、771±125）长于对照组（657±116）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;低、中、高3个剂量组肝糖原含量（mg/100g）（分别为1347±50、1852±134、1638±580）,高于对照组（1275±306）,其中中剂量组肝糖原含量与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;低、中、高3个剂量组小鼠运动时血乳酸曲线下面积（mmol/L）（89.49±18.86、95.26±17.64、83.04±17.12）小于对照组（123.03±19.31）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而各剂量组小鼠运动时血清尿素水平与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论]提示本品能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,增加小鼠肝糖原的含量和减少血乳酸曲线下面积;复方虫草灵芝制剂在本实验条件下具有缓解体力疲劳的作用。

Study on Effect of Fufangchongcaolingzhi Preparation on Alleviating Physical Fatigue

Objective] To study the effect of Fufangchongcaolingzhi Preparation on alleviating physical fatigue.Methods]Divide the ICR mouse into four groups,including low dose group（0.166 g/kg）,medium dose group（0.333 g/kg）,high dose group（1.000 g/kg）and control group,according to the weight,with 10 mice of one group.Feed the mice with test sample by gavage once a day for 30 days.Then,conduct the following experiments,swimming under burden,serum urea assay,hepatic glycogen assay,and serum lactic acid assay,respectively.Results]The swimming time under burden of medium dose,high dose and control group mice were 850±80,771±125 and 657±116（sec）,which of the medium dose group and high dose group significantly longer than the control one（P0.05）.The contents of hepatic glycogen of low dose,medium dose,high dose and control group were 1347±50,1852±134,1638±580 and 1275±306（mg/100g）.The medium dose group was significantly higher than the control one（P0.05）.The area under curve（AUC）of lactic acid in the serum of low dose,medium dose,high dose and control group were 89.49±18.86,95.26±17.64,83.04±17.12 and 123.03±19.31（mmol/L）.The AUC of lactic acid in all test groups were much lower than in control group（P0.05）.The level of serum urea in all test groups were similar to the control group（P0.05）.These results indicated that the Fufangchongcaolingzhi Preparation can prolong the swimming time of mouse under burden,increase the content of mouse hepatic glycogen,and reduce the AUC of mouse serum lactic acid.Conclusion]Fufangchongcaolingzhi Preparation as a health food can make beneficial effect by relieving the physical fatigue.
