2003～2007年贡山县实施疟疾控制项目效果评价

[目的]评价贡山县第一轮全球基金疟疾控制项目的实施效果。[方法]2008年1月,对贡山县2003-2007年疟疾发病情况、中小学生疟疾相关知识、村民发热求医及蚊帐使用情况进行调查。[结果]2003-2007年累计报告疟疾285例,各年发病率分别为19.61/万、18.11/万、15.93/万、8.98/万、20.02/万,平均为16.53/万。年均发病率,普拉底乡为26.74/万,茨开镇为19.77/万,捧当乡为13.69/万,丙中洛乡为8.10/万,独龙江乡为7.31/万。调查中小学生360名,知道3项以上疟疾防治知识的占99.44%。调查村民3 097人,发热病人2 d内自主就医者占93.41%（170/182）;至少拥有1顶药浸蚊帐的家庭占56.06%（453/808）。[结论]贡山县疟疾控制项目的实施效果显著。

Evaluation on Effect of Implementation of Malaria Control Project in Gongshan County,2003-2007

[Objective] To evaluate the effect of implementation of the first round of the Global Fund Gongshan County malaria control project.[Methods]In January 2008,a survey was made on the incidence of malaria,malaria-related knowledge in the students,medical consultations by villagers with fever,and the use of mosquito nets in Gongshan County,2003-2007.[Results]A total of 285 cases of malaria were reported in 2003-2007,the annual incidence rate was 19.61/105,18.11/105,15.93 /105,8.98/105,20.02/105,an average of 16.53/105.The average annual incidence rate was 26.74/105 in Puladi township,19.77/105 in Zikai township,13.69/105 in Pudang township,8.10/105 in Bingzhongluo township,and 7.31/105 in Dulongjiang township.Among 360 primary and secondary students surveyed,those knowing more than three items of malaria control knowledge accounted for 99.44%.Among 3 097 villagers surveyed,patients with fever who sought treatment by themselves within 2 d accounted for 93.41%（170/182）;owning at least one ITN accounted for 56.06% among families（453/808）.[Conclusion]Effect of implementation of the malaria control project is significant in Gongshan county.
