大学生专业认同状况及其影响因素研究

摘    要:
目的探讨大学生专业认同状况及其影响因素。方法采用自编《大学生专业认同量表》和内外向性格测试量表对149名大学大一至大四学生进行测查。结果性别因素对专业认同的影响不显著(t=-0.04,P〉0.05);低年级学生的专业认同高于高年级学生(t=2.65,P〈0.01);文史类学生的专业认同高于理工类学生(t=2.06,P〈0.05);专业认同与性格量表的得分之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.22,P〈0.01)。结论大学生专业认同状况较好,并受到专业类型、性格和年级因素的影响。

Abstract:
Objective To explore college students' professional identification and its influence factors.Methods 149 college students were investigated by self-designed College Students' Professional Identification Scale and the Disposition of Introversion and Extroversion Scale.Results There was no significant gender differences in professional identification.(t=-0.04,P>0.05).Professional identification of the students at lower school years were higher than those at higher school years(t=2.65,P<0.01).Liberal arts students had higher professional identification than science students(t=2.06,P<0.05).Personality score was negatively correlated with professional identification.Conclusion The present situation of college students' professional identification is satisfactory.The main influencing factors of current college students' professional identification are major,personality and grade.
