加减辛夷散冲洗液在内镜鼻窦手术后术腔处理中的应用

目的观察加减辛夷散冲洗液术后应用对内镜鼻窦手术(ESS)疗效的影响.方法将262例(499侧)慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉内镜手术后患者随机分为治疗组(加减辛夷散冲洗液组)和对照组(复方生理盐水组).治疗组152例(293侧),术后定期用加减辛夷散冲洗液冲洗术腔;对照组110例(206侧),术后用生理盐水 地塞米松同法冲洗术腔.术后3个月在鼻内镜下评估疗效.结果治疗组治愈率为68.26%,对照组为50.49%,差异具有高度显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论术后以加减辛夷散冲洗液冲洗术腔可以提高内镜鼻窦手术的疗效.

The therapeutic effects of irrigating solution made from modified magnolia powder on the recovering process of patients following endoscopic sinus surgery

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of irrigating solution made from Modified Mognolia Powoler (MMP) on the recovering process of patients following endo-scopic sinus surgery(ESS). Methods 262 cases received ESS for the treatment of chronic sinusitis and /or nasal polyps were randomly divided into two groups, with 152 cases( 293 sides ) in treating group(TG) treaded by the MMP irrigation solution and 110 cases (206 sides) in controlling group(CG) treated by the irrigating solution composed of compound normal saline respectively after the operation. The therapeutic effects were evaluated under endoscope by the end of fol-lowing-up period lasted for 3 months. Results The curative rate was 68. 26% in TG and 50. 49% in CG, with a very significant difference between them(P<0. 005). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of ESS can be improved further by the application of MMP irrigating solution to the sinus cavity after surgery.
