| 摘 要： | 用环氧丙烷对大鼠进行实验性肝中毒研究的结果表明:一定剂量的环氧丙烷可引起大鼠血清GPT、GOT活性升高;病理形态学检查肝组织呈炎症反应。

| Abstract: | The effect of propylene oxide on the liver of rats was studied. The result showed that propylene could elevate the level of sGPT and sGOP. Under a light microscope the hepato-pathohistologic lesion was observed. |
