动力髁螺钉治疗股骨远端骨折临床分析

目的探讨应用动力髁螺钉（DCS）治疗股骨远端骨折的效果。方法对132例股骨远端骨折患者采用DCS治疗,分析其功能恢复情况。结果平均随访18个月,全部病例达临床骨愈合。采用膝关节Merchan评定疗效：优114例,良8例,可7例,差3例;优良率为92.4%。结论股骨远端骨折采用DCS固定,关节面解剖复位,固定牢靠,术后可早期功能锻炼,避免创伤性关节炎的发生,是治疗股骨远端骨折较理想的方法之一。

Treatment of Distal Femoral Fractures with Dynamic Condylar Screw

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of dynamic condylar screw（DCS） on distal femur fractures.Methods A total of 132 patients with distal femur fractures were treated with DCS and the data of articular functional recovery were analyzed retrospectively.Results Clinical healing of fractures was achieved in all patients after an average follow-up of 18 months.Using Merchan＇s knee scale,the therapeutic efficacy was excellent in 114 patients,good in 8,fair in 7 and poor in 3.The excellent and good rate was 92.4%.Conclusion Treatment of distal femur fractures with DCS fixation is satisfactory for anatomical reduction of articular surface,and the patients can early perform functional exercise to avoid the occurrence of traumatic arthritis.Therefore,DCS fixation is an ideal method to treat distal femur fractures.
