摘    要:目的增强护理管理的科学性、准确性、可操作性,以提高护理管理水平。方法从主观指标维度、客观指标维度(质量指标维度、数量指标维度)等多维度,增强对护士长的量化考核。结果实施多维度护理量化考核后,护理服务态度、护理质量、患者满意度提高,护理缺陷发生率降低。结论多维度护理量化考核对护士长的评价较全面、科学。

Abstract:Objectives To strengthen the seientificity, accuracy and feasibility of nursing management, and to improve the level of nursing management. Methods A muhidimensional quantitative evaluation system was developed and applied in the performance appraisal of head nurses,which included objective index as well as qualitative and quantitative subjective index. Results After the application of the multidimensional quantitative evaluation system, the quality of nursing and patients' satisfaction were improved significantly, while the nursing defects were reduced. Conclusion The multidimensional quantitative evaluation system can evaluate the head nurses comprehensively and scientifically.
