燃煤型地氟病非骨相早期诊断研究

为寻求燃煤型地氟病早期诊断方法及其敏感指标，本文通过病区现场流行病学调查，收集了４个类型人群有关环境氟来源，生活条件，体内氟负荷，症状与体征，运动功能，生化及酶学测定等非骨相６大类指标，资料在单因素分析基础上，结合逐步回归和多差别分析，发现此型地氟病患者的早期诊断有一定规律可循，即氟斑牙等６项指标无论是从单因素还是多因素（非骨相早期判别模型）角度分析，具有一定的诊断价值。

RESEARCH OF AN EARLY DIAOGNOSIS FROM NONSKELETAL PHASE ON THE ENDEMI- CAL FLOUROSIS FROM BURNING COAL

In order to approach an early diaognostic method and sensitive indexes ,during the epidemical survey for the worksite,the human data of 4 classes about the fluoride sourses of environment,liviing conditions,load capacity of fluoride in the body,clicinal symptoms and signs,the motional functions of skeleton and joints as well as the biochemistry and enzymes in serum and urine was collected. On the basis of single factor analysis (i.e. the student' test and chi- square test with matched - pair ) , multivariable analysis (i. e. stepwise and discrim analysis)were made. It was suggested that the sub - series of qualitative indexes and quality indexes could be practically used in the district of the endemical fluorosis and that these discrim functions could be used in the early diagnosis and the estimations of the curative effect for the endemical fluorosis as well as the discrim analysis of the non -fluoride poisoning.
