| 摘 要： | 目的:研究保妇康栓治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果.方法:将120例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为2组,60例患者使用保妇康栓为治疗组,另60例患者用聚维酮碘治疗为对照组,将2组疗效进行比较.结果:治疗2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率95.0%,治愈率46.7%;对照组总有效率78.4%,治愈率30.0%.2组比较治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0....

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the clinical effect of BaoFuKang suppository in treating cervical erosion.Method：120 cases were divided into two groups,60 cases as therapeutic group treated with B.F.K.suppository and another 60 cases as control group with providone iodine,while results of efficacy were observed.Result：After 2 courses,total effective rate and cure rate in therapeutic group were 95.0%,46.7% respectively,they were 78.4% and 30.0% in control group.The therapeutic group was superior to control group（P0.05）.There was statistic significance（P0.05） in therapeutic group by comparing symptoms improvements including leukorrhagia,soreness in waist,abdominal flatulence before and after treatment.Conclusion：BaoFuKang suppository was effective,safe and convenient in treating cervical erosion. |
