高效液相色谱法测定复方间苯二酚溶液中间苯二酚和苯酚的含量

目的：测定复方间苯二酚溶液中苯酚、间苯二酚的含量方法：高效液相色谱法（HPLC），以烟酸为内标，ODS柱、甲醇-水（65：35）为流动相结果：一次进样即可完成两种成分的含量分析，间苯二酚0.104～1.04mg·ml-1，苯酚0.0514～1.028mg·ml-1范围内。峰面积比与其浓度呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率及RSD分别为100.2％，10％；101.8％，0.2％。结论：方法简便、快速、准确，可作为样品的检测方法。

Determination of resorcinol and phenol in compound resorcinol solution by HPLC

To seperate and determine two components of resorcin and phenol in the solution. METHODS: An HPLCmethed was used. Chromatographic conditions including ODS column and mobile phase consisting of methanol and water. Nicotinicacid was used as internal standard. RFSULTS: The seperation and determination of two components was accomplished by only one in-Jection of sample. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 104-10.4 mg'ml for resorcin and 0.051 4 - 1.028 mgml-1 for phenol. The average rccoveries of resorcin and phenol were 100.2%(RSD=10.% ) and 101. 8% (RSD = 0. 2 % ) respec-tively. CONCLUSIONS: This methed is simple, quick and accuratc.
