社区护士工作不安全因素分析及对策

目的了解社区护士工作中不安全因素并提出相应的对策。方法回顾性分析社区中心护士在工作中不安全因素。结果护士个人人身安全、医疗护理安全措施不到位、跨专业执业等为社区护士工作中主要不安全因素。结论针对社区护士在工作中的不安全因素进行原因分析,采取相应的措施,可以提高社区护士工作中的安全感,从而防范医疗纠纷的发生。
