摘    要:在体外实验中绞股篮总皂甙(GP)能抑制大鼠肝微粒体自发的和由Fe_-~(2+)-半胱氨酸、Vit C-NADPH和CCl_4诱发的脂质过氧化,其作用强于人参总皂甙。Fe_-~(2+)-半胱氨酸导致大鼠肝微粒体、线粒体膜流动性降低,同时加入GP可防止膜流动性的下降。

Abstract:The present in vitro study on rat liver microsomal lipid per-oxidation showed that Gypenosides ( GP ) , the total saponin of Gy-nostemma pentaphyllum Makino, produced a marked inhibitory effect on the lipid peroxidation either spontaneously or induced by Fe2 -cystein, Vit C-NADPH and CCl4. The inhibitory effect was found to be stronger than that of Ginsenosides. GP also resisted the decrease of fluidity of liver microsomal and mitochondrial membrane induced by Fe2 -cystein.
