头颈部粘膜鳞状细胞癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子水平及意义

目的　探讨头颈部粘膜鳞状细胞癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子检测的价值。方法　用酶标免疫吸附试验对 2 0例健康体检者、2 0例头颈部良性肿瘤患者和 6 0例头颈部粘膜鳞状细胞癌患者的血清血管内皮生长因子进行检测、对比。结果　平均血清血管内皮生长因子水平 ,健康体检者为 10 8.8pg/ml,良性肿瘤患者治疗前为119.5 pg/ml;鳞状细胞癌患者治疗前为 2 6 1.1pg/ml,鳞状细胞癌患者显著高于健康人群和良性肿瘤患者 ;鳞状细胞癌患者中有淋巴结转移者平均血清血管内皮生长因子水平 (36 1pg/ml)显著高于无淋巴结转移者 (16 5 .3pg/ml) ,而且原发灶增大血清血管内皮生长因子水平升高 ;头颈部粘膜鳞状细胞癌治疗后血清血管内皮生长因子水平降低 ,但癌肿复发者血清血管内皮生长因子水平重新升高。结论　血清血管内皮生长因子水平可能是头颈部粘膜鳞状细胞癌预后预测和随访观察的一项指标

The study of serum VEGF level in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the value of serum concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC).Methods The sera were obtained from 20 healthy volunteers,20 patients with head and neck bnign tumour(HNBT),as well as 60 patients with HNSCC.Enzyne/linked immunosorbent assay was performed to measure the concentations of Serum Vegf in the sera.Results The mean Serum VEGF concentations were 108.0pg/ml for healthy volunteer, 119.5pg/ml for patients with HNBT, 261.1pg/ml for HNSCC,however the level of Serum VEGF elevated again in the patient with local recurrence.Conclusion A high Serum VEGF level might be associated with a poor prognosis of HNSCC.
