冠心病、糖尿病气阴两虚证患者心率变异性研究

目的研究气阴两虚证患者心率变异性（HRV）的变化情况。并分析不同疾病（冠心病、糖尿病）相同证候是否有相似的自主神经功能状态。方法气阴两虚证患者124倒，其中冠心病组61例，糖尿痛组63例，另选同年龄段健康者66例为对照组。分析3组观察者HRV时域指标（SDNN。SDANN，rMSSD，PNN50，HRV index，DI）、频域指标（总功率、极低频、低频、高频）。结果气阴两虚证患者HRV时域指标（SDNN，SDANN，rMSSD，HRVindex）、频域指标（总功率、极低频、低频、高频）均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。冠心病组与糖尿病组HRV时域、频域指标比较无统计学意义。结论气阴两虚证患者自主神经功能严重受损，不同疾病（冠心病、糖尿病）相同证候HRV变化具有一致性。

Study on Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Qi - Yin Deficiency Syndrome of Coronary Artery Disease and Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To investigate characteristics of heart rate variability（HRV） in patients with Qi- Yin deficiency syndrome, and to definite whether Qi - Yin deficiency syndrome of coronary artery disease（CAD） and diabetes mellitus（DM） have the similar auto- nomic nerve state. Methods The objecte of the study included 124 patients with Qi - Yin deficiency syndrome （61 CAD and 63 DM） and 66 healthy controls. The time domain indexes of HRV including stanclard diviation of NN intervals（SDNN） ,standard diviation of average 5 rain NN intervals（SDANN）, root mean square of standard diaviation of NN intervals（rMSSD） ,percent of the number whose difference between adjacent NN interval are more than 50 ms（PNNS0）,HRV index,the differential index（DI） and frequency domain analysis indices including TP,VLF,VF,Iow frequency（ LF） were used to analysis the characteristics of HRV. Results The time do- main indexes and frequency domain analysis indices of HRV in patients with Qi - Yin deficiency syndrome were significantly lower than that in the healthy controls（P（0.05）. There was no differences between CAD patients and DM patient. Conclusion The patients with Qi - Yin deficiency syndrome of CAD and DM had the similar turbulence of vegetal never system.
