MSCTA在右肾上腺肿瘤定位诊断中的价值

目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)在右肾上腺肿瘤定位诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析手术病理证实的右肾上腺肿瘤患者27例,采用容积再现重组(VR)血管生长技术(AV)进行血管重建,显示右肾上腺动脉(AA)供血肿瘤,评价其在定位诊断中的准确性。结果 27例右肾上腺肿瘤最大径5.2cm～11.5cm,平均7.3cm,原发性肿瘤21例,转移性肿瘤6例,均不同程度突入肝脏右叶。AV重建显示25例肿瘤由右侧AA供血,显影率及定位诊断准确率均为92.6%(25/27)。结论 MSCTA通过显示AA供血肿瘤,能准确进行右侧肾上腺肿瘤定位诊断。

Value of MSCTA in location diagnosing of the right adrenal tumor

Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice CT angiography （MSCTA） in localization diagnosing the right adrenal tumor.Methods A retrospective analysis of pathologically proved right adrenal tumors in 27 cases, Vascular three-dimensional reconstruction by volume rendering（VR） based on add vessel（AV） for vascular reconstruction, showed a right adrenal artery（AA） feeding to tumors, assess their accuracy in positioning the diagnosis of sex. Results 27 patients with right adrenal tumor largest diameter 5.2cm~11.5cm, an average of 7.3cm, 21 cases were primary tumors, 6 cases were metastatic tumors, all to varying degrees broke into the right lobe of the liver. AV reconstruction showed 25 cases of tumor blood supply from the right side of AA, Visualization rate and accuracy of localization diagnosiswere 92.6%（25/27）. Conclusion By showing AA as the feeding artery,MSCTA can accurately localization diagnosis the right adrenal tumors.
