摘    要:目的:观察闭链运动对缺血性中风患者步行能力及平衡功能的影响。方法:将60例缺血性中风偏瘫患者,按就诊先后顺序,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用闭链运动对下肢功能进行强化训练,禁止采用开链运动对下肢进行训练;对照组给予常规康复治疗,治疗中不强化采用闭链运动对下肢功能进行训练,不禁止采用开链运动对下肢进行训练,连续治疗8周。采用Berg平衡量表测定治疗前后2组患者的平衡功能;测定10 m最大步行速度(MWS)来评价患者的步行能力。结果:采用闭链运动对下肢功能进行强化训练后,治疗组Berg平衡量表的评分显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);MWS显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:采用闭链运动对下肢功能进行强化训练能够显著改善缺血性中风患者的步行能力及平衡功能,是有效的康复治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the influence of closed chain exercise on walking ability and balance function in patients with ischemie stroke. Method: 60 cases of patients with hemiplegia induced by ischemic stroke were randomly assigned into experimental and control groups on average in a visiting sequence. Experimental group received closed chain exercise to have intensive training on lower limb function, prohibiting open-chain exercise on lower extremity training; control group were given by conventional rehabilitation therapy, during the treatment, don't enforce closed chain exercise and don't prohibit open-chain exercise for training on lower limb,continuous treatment for 8 weeks. Berg balance scale was used to measure balance of 2 groups before and after the treatment; 10 m maximum walking speed was used for measure walking ability of the patients. Result: Score of Berg balance scale in experimental group was remarkably higher than that in control group (P〈0.05) after training on lower limb by closed chain exercise; Maximum walking speed of experimental group was evidently higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Closed chain exercise used for extensive training on lower limb function, as an effective rehabilitation treatment, can obviously improve walking ability and balance function of the patients with ischemic stroke.
