中药润目灵治疗干眼症的临床研究

目的：观察中药润目灵治疗水样液缺乏性干眼症的临床疗效。方法：将水样液缺乏性干眼症患者144例随机分为中药润目灵组（59例）和泪然对照组（85例）,分别给予润目灵（1袋/次,2次/d,口服）及泪然（1～2滴/次.眼,4次/d,滴眼）治疗,疗程均为8周。结果：2组治疗前后泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量、干眼症状比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,2组显效率及总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药润目灵治疗水样液缺乏性干眼症临床疗效显著,有促进泪液分泌、延长泪膜破裂时间和缓解干眼症状的作用。

Clinical Study on Runmuling in Treating Aqueous Tear Deficiency

Objective： To investigate the effects of Runmuling in treating aqueous tear deficiency （ATD）. Method： 144 patients with ATD were divided into Runmuling group（59 cases） and tears naturale group（85 cases） randomly. Both of the groups were administered with Runmuling （1 package/time, twice per day, oral medication） and Tears Naturale （1-2drops/time, 4 times/day, eye drip） respectively for 8 weeks. Result： The comparisons of both groups in tear film break-up time, tear secretion and dry eye symptoms before and after the treatment showed significant differences （P〈0.01）. The comparisons of both groups in effective rate and total effective rate indicated statistical meanings （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Runmuling in treating aqueous tear deficiencycan obtain remarkable effects, which can promote tear production, prolong tear film break-up time and relieve dry eye symptom.
