调节性T细胞与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展

动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种血管壁的慢性炎症疾病,免疫系统在其发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。最新的研究表明,调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)参与了AS的炎症反应,可以抑制炎症、改善AS。本文综述了近年有关Treg细胞与AS关系的文献,探讨了Treg细胞在AS发生发展中的作用,介绍了影响Treg细胞增殖的因子及对AS的治疗研究,并对AS的免疫疗法进行了展望。

Progress in the research of relationship between regulatory T cells and atherosclerosis

The concept that atherosclerosis(AS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the arterial wall has been widespread accepted.Immune system plays an important role in AS initiation and progression.New research shows that Treg cells can inhibit inflammation and improve AS.This article reviewed recent pertinent literatures about the relationship between Treg cells and AS.Additionally,we highlight the inflammatory factors which can promote Treg proliferation and the exploratory researches about immune therapy targeting atherosclerotic diseases,and predicate possible development in the future.
