| 摘 要： | 精子是避孕疫苗极具前景的靶标。研究者先后发现了不少抗精子疫苗的候选分子,但这些疫苗候选抗原在动物试验中都仅能部分阻断或降低生育力。大量研究正在试图找出真正适合的精子特异性表位,并增强其免疫原性及免疫避孕效果。

| Abstract: | Sperm is a promising target for immunocontraception,and there exist numerous candidates for antisperm vaccines.However,sperm could only partly inhibit fertility in the animal trials.Researches geared to find the most effective and specific epitopes will help to promote the immunogenicity and the contraception efficacy. |
