| 摘 要： | 口腔扁平苔藓是最常见口腔黏膜疾病之一,发病机制尚不明确,因其具有癌变潜能,WHO将其列为癌前状态。研究发现,Th1细胞/Th2细胞亚群与口腔扁平苔藓的发病密切相关,尤其是Th1/Th2漂移学说与OLP的关系成为近年研究热点。下文针对Th1细胞/Th2细胞在口腔扁平苔藓中的最新研究成果做一综述和展望。

| Abstract: | Oral lichen planus(OLP) is a common oral mucosal disease in population,but its etiology still remains unknown.OLP has been classified as a precancerous condition for the malignant disease by Word Health Organization(WHO).Previous studies have demonstrated there is a close relationship between Th1/Th2 subsets and the pathogenesis of OLP,furthermore,Th1/Th2 polarization theory in OLP has attracted more attentions.Here we will review the recently study of Th1/Th2 cells in OLP. |
