血塞通对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化指标的影响

目的:观察血塞通注射液对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化指标的影响。方法:选择肝纤维化指标异常的慢性乙型肝炎患者102例,随机分为两组,均给予基础护肝治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用血塞通注射液治疗。观察两组治疗前后肝功能(ALT、T-Bil、A/G)及肝纤维化指标(HA、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、LN)变化。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,在改善肝功能方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在改善肝纤维化指标改善方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血塞通注射液可显著改善肝纤维化指标,减缓肝纤维化进程。

The Effect of Xuesaitong Injection on the Hepatic Fibrosis Index of Patients with Chronic Hepatic B

Objective: To investigate the effects of Xuesaitong Injection on the hepatic fibrosis index of cases with Chronic Hepatic B. Methods: 102 cases with Chronic Hepatic B, whose index of Hepatic Fibrosis were abnormal, were divided into two groups randomly. They were treated by basic methods. At the same time, Xuesaitong Injection was added to use in treatment group. Then, the indexes of hepatic function ( ALT, T-Bil, A/G) and Hepatic Fibrosis ( HA, LN, PCIII, IV-C) were detemined in pretherapy and post-treatment, respectively. Results: There were no differences between control group and treatment group on the indexes of hepatic function(P>0.05),but signifcant differences on the index of hepatic fibrosis(P<0.01). Conclusion: The results show that Xuesaitong Injection had good effects on the improving hepatic fibrosis indexes.[
