单纯性肥胖儿童血管内皮损伤与早期干预研究进展

本文介绍了单纯性肥胖儿童血管内皮损伤与早期干预的研究进展。分别叙述了肥胖与血管内皮损伤之间的关系,尽早进行膳食干预、运动干预、减轻体重干预及抗氧化剂、叶酸、降血脂药物、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、中药等对肥胖引起的受损血管内皮的保护作用,进而说明单纯性肥胖儿童的早期干预对血管内皮功能损伤的意义。

Advances in Research of Vascular Endothelial Damage of Simple Obesity in Children and Intervention in Early Stage

This review introduced the research progress of vascular endothelial damage of simple obesity in children and intervention in early stage. The article included following fields： a） correlation between obesity and the vascular endothelial damage; b） early intervetion by dietary, exercise, weight-loss and drug, including the antioxidant, folacin, hypolipidemic, angiotensin-converring enzyme inhibitor and traditional Chinese medicine. In brief,the review indicated significant intervention in early stage on the vascular endothelial injury of simple obesity in children.
