鞘状突高位结扎治疗儿童交通性鞘膜积液的护理

目的探讨鞘状突高位结扎治疗儿童交通性鞘膜积液的围术期护理要点。方法 38例交通性鞘膜积液患儿在行鞘状突高位结扎治疗的围术期间,术前加强指导、术后密切观察病情,注意切口护理,观有无并发症的发生及疾病的复发等。结果 38例交通性鞘膜积液患儿均无复发,住院时间为平均(6.5±1.7)d。结论良好的围术期护理能促进交通性鞘膜积液患儿的顺利康复。
