| 摘 要： | 目的探讨和完善军队医院文职护士队伍的管理.方法通过座谈交流形式,了解文职护士管理中存在问题及需求.结果文职护士管理中存在的问题主要有:聘用单位执行法规存在偏差,聘用人员质量有待提高,管理方法需进一步完善.结论文职护士队伍是军队医院护理队伍的主要力量,文职护士管理的制度化、规范化将促进文职护士队伍持续、健康、良性发展,提高军队医院护理质量和卫勤保障水平;需要坚持以人为本,执行政策法规,创新管理手段,加强科学管理.
