2002-2005年病原菌与耐药性分析

摘    要:
目的 了解病原菌的变迁和耐药性,指导抗菌药物合理使用.方法 回顾性调查分析2002-2005年的病原菌及其耐药性.结果 6041株病原菌中革兰阴性菌2765株占45.8%、革兰阳性菌1350株占22.3%、真菌1926株占31.9%;真菌由2002年的18.4%上升到2005年的36.4%;位于前3位的革兰阴件菌和革兰阳性菌分别是大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌和表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、屎肠球菌;与2002年相比,耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)和产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)、AmpC菌显著增多;未发现耐万古霉素表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌;碳青酶烯类仍是对革兰阴性菌抗菌作用最强的一类抗菌药物.结论 临床医师应重视药敏结果.严格用药指征,延缓病原菌耐药.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To observe bacterial changing-pattern and drug-resistant pattern for reasonable application of antibiotics.METHODS We reviewed the data of 2002-2005 pathogens tests.RESULTS Of 6041 isolated pathogens,2765(45.8%) were Gram-negative bacilli,1350(22.3%) were Gram-positive cocci and 1926(31.9%) were fungi.Fungi increased almost twice,from 18.4% in 2002 to 36.4% in 2005.The most common Gram-negative bacilli were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.While the most common Gra...
