摘    要:脾脏射频消融(RFA)是一种新兴的治疗脾亢的保脾治疗方法。RFA通过局部热效应引起脾脏组织凝固性坏死、周围组织血栓性梗死引起的"旁观者效应"以及热能沉积导致的"残脾实性变"等效应,能够有效的毁损脾脏组织,达到减小脾脏体积、纠正脾亢和保留脾脏生理机能的目的。虽然脾脏RFA治疗脾亢是一种安全、可行的治疗方法,但影响其疗效的因素较多,有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of spleen is a new spleen-preserving technique for hypersplenism. Due to thermal deposition, RFA can effectively reduce the splenic volume by several effects, such as coagulative necrosis, peripheral thrombotic infarction ("bystander effect") and subsequent "splenic carnification", ect. After RFA, the remnant spleen shrinks, hypersplenism can be corrected, and physiological function of spleen can be reserved. It is feasible and safe to perform RFA in spleen. However, many factors can influence the therapeutic effect and further study is needed.
