Ascorbic acid effect on methylcholanthrene-induced transformation in C3H10T1/2 clone 8 cells

Abstract:Ascorbic acid (50 μg/ml), added to the culture medium on a biweekly basis, suppresses the methylcholanthrene-induced transformation of C3H10T1/2 cells.
