| 摘 要： | 目的：观察心脏肌钙蛋白－Ｔ（ｃＴｎ－Ｔ）和心肌酶谱（ＭＥ）在心肌挫伤（ＣＣ）后含量变化及其对ＣＣ的诊断价值。方法：采用兔钝性胸部创伤（ＢＣＴ）模型,致成中度至重度ＣＣ,分别在伤前、伤后４、８和２４ｈ抽箅测定血清ｃＴｎ－Ｔ和ＭＥ含量。结果：伤后４ｈ,血精ｃＴｎ－Ｔ和ＭＥ含量明显升高（Ｐ〈０．０１）,持续至伤后２４ｈ。其中ｃＴｎ－Ｔ在伤后２４ｈ升高最为明显,ＭＥ有下降,但仍然明显高于伤前（Ｐ〈０．０１

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the changes of the cardiac troponin T (cTn T) and myocardial enzyme (ME) in plasma and to assess their value in diagnosis of cardiac contusion (CC) after blunt chest trauma (BCT). Methods: Before and at the 4th, 8th and 24th h after the model of BCT was established in rabbits, the cTn T and ME contents were determined. Results: The contents of cTn T and ME were remarkably increased from the 4th to 24th h after BCT (P<0.01). The content of cTn T reached its peak while that of ME was slightly decreased at the 24th h after BCT. The latter was still significantly higher than that before the trauma (P<0.01). Conclusion: It is helpful for diagnosis of CC after BCT to measure the changes of cTn T and ME contents in plasma. CTn T is more sensitive than ME in diagnosis of CC after BCT. |
