IL-18与原发性高血压左室肥厚的相关性研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨白细胞介素-18(IL-18)与原发性高血压左心室肥厚(LVH)的关系,以及IL-18在高血压左心室肥厚发病中的作用机制。方法:60例原发性高血压患者及30名健康者均行彩色超声心动图检查并计算左心室质量指数(LVMI),用ELISA法测定血清IL-18水平。结果:高血压组3个不同分级组血清IL-18水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);高血压组3个不同分级组间血清IL-18水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高血压左心室肥厚组IL-18水平明显高于无左心室肥厚组(P<0.05),且与心肌肥厚指数成显著正相关(γ=0.52,P<0.05)。结论:IL-18可能参与了原发性高血压的病理生理过程及左心室肥厚的形成。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the relationship of levels of serum lnterleukin-18 (IL-18) with essential hypertension (EH) and left ventfieular hypertrophy(LVH) in patients.Methods:The value of left ventrieular mass of 30 normal individuals and 60 patients with EH were evaluated by Doppler echocardiography.The serum levels of IL-18 were measured by ELISA method.Results:The serum levels of IL-18 in patients with EH were significantly higher than that in normal individuals (P 〈0.05) .There were significant difference in the levels of IL- 18 among the 3 clinical grading of EH (P 〈0.05) .The levels of IL- 18 were higher in LVH group than that in NLVH group (P 〈0.05); and their levels had positive correlation with LVMI (γ= 0.52,P〈0.05).Conclusion:IL-18 is probably involved in the pathophysiological vrocess of essential hvvertension and acts as important role in the occurrence and development of LVH.
