| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of different interventions(plaster fixation,Acutrak screw,Herbert screw,Kirschner wires)for the treatment of scaphoid fractures by network meta-analysis system.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of scaphoid fractures in PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,Clinical Trial,CNKI,CBMdisc,VIP,Wanfang Med Online from the establishment of the database to December 31,2019 were searched.Stata 16.0 was used to conduct network meta-analysis and mapping for the literature data meeting the inclusion criteria.Results A total of sixteen studies involving 1193 patients were included.The results of network meta-analysis showed that the clinical efficacy of Acutrak screw,Herbert screw,Kirschner wires was better than that of plaster fixation,and the healing time was shorter than that of plaster fixation.Conclusion The effective rate and healing time of scaphoid fractures in SUCRA order were Acutrak screw>Herbert screw>Kirschner wires>Plaster fixation.Therefore,Acutrak screw is the most likely to be the best measure. |
