Evaluation of information-based time tracking management effect in intravenous thrombolysis time window of acute ischemic stroke

Objective To evaluation of information-based time tracking management effect in intravenous thrombolysis time window of acute ischemic stroke.Methods To select 112 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to hospital from April 2019 to July 2020 as the study objects,and according to the principle of matching gender,age,and disease course,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 56 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and patients in the observation group implemented information-based time tracking management intervention to compare the first aid efficiency,treatment effect and clinical prognosis of the two groups.Results After the implementation of informationbased time tracking management intervention,the time from admission to admission,the time from admission to diagnosis,and the time from admission to thrombolytic medication in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical prognosis in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of information-based time tracking management in the care of patients with acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve the efficiency of first aid,improve the treatment effect,and improve the clinical prognosis of patients.
