| 摘 要： | 目的总结肺心病合并冠心病的临床治疗方案。方法对20例肺心病合并冠心病的患者,在采用相同常规基础治疗的同时,对病因与并发症采取有效的个体化治疗措施进行处理,并对治疗效果进行评价。结果心、肺功能恢复正常5例,显效13例,无效2例,总有效率为90%。结论肺心病合并冠心病而引起心力衰竭患者,在常规基础治疗的同时,针对病因与并发症要取有效的个体化治疗措施进行处理,可获得较满意的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis of clinical treatment of pulmonary beart diseasewith coronary heart disease. Methods The patients were treatment with conventional methods and individualized deal with the reasons and complications. The effect was analyzed. Results There were5cases with cardiac function returned to normal. 13cases were markedly effective and2cases invalid. Conclusion It is effective to treat pulmonary heart dis-ease caused by coronary heart disease patients with congestive heart failure with individualized treatment. |
