| 摘 要： | 目的评价语言性心理干预联合星状神经节阻滞治疗不定陈诉综合征患者的临床疗效。方法不定陈诉综合征患者48例，在采用星状神经节阻滞为主的治疗前，刻意用语言进行心理疏导，观察临床疗效。结果治愈（优）：就诊时的第一主诉和伴随的自觉症状全部消失，无复发，有41例（85．4％）；好转（良）：就诊时的第一主诉和大部分伴随自觉症状消失，虽有个别症状，但经其他神经阻滞后症状消失。有6例（12．5％）；无效（差）：症状和体征无改善或很快复发，1例（2．1％）。结论对不定陈诉综合征患者进行心理干预联合星状神经节阻滞治疗，是一种确切有效，经济又便捷的治疗青浩

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of psychotherapy and stellate ganglion block（SGB） to treat outpatients dysantonomia. Methods A total of 48 patients with dysantonomia were given psychotherapy for 10-15 minutes, lidocaine 8-10 ml daily for 10 times. Result then received stellate ganglion block, injected with 1 41 cases （85.4%） were rated excellent, in which all main complains and symptoms disappeared. 6 cases （12.5%） were rated fair. 1 case （2.1%） was rated failed. Conclusion Psychotherapy combined with SGB is a really effective, economic and rapid method for the treatment of dysantonomia. |
