腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术中血流动力学变化及治疗效果的临床研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的两种途径对血流动力学和治疗效果的影响。方法:40例患者随机分为两组,分为经腹膜后组和经腹腔组,每组各20例,均采用全麻,分别测定气腹中30min患者的血流动力学、动脉血气分析及手术时间、术后肛门排气时间和住院时间。结果:经腹膜后腔组较经腹腔手术组对患者术中血流动力学和血气的影响较小;手术时间和肛门排气时间明显减少。结论:经腹膜后腔的腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术是安全有效的,较经腹腔的方式更具有优越性。

Clinical study of changes of the hemodynamics and therapeutic efficacy during laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing

Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of the two ways of laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing on hemodynamics and therapeutic efficacy. Method Forty operative cases were randomly divided into the retroperitoneoscopic group and the laparoscope group. All cases were applied general anesthesia, and hemodynamics of 30 minutes after CO2 insufflation, arterial blood gas, time of operation, time of anus purge gas and time of hospitalization were measured.Results The less influence of hemodynamics and arterial blood gas were found in the retroperitoneoscopic group, and less time of operation and time of anus purge gas were found in the retroperitoneoscopic group.Conclusion The ways of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing is more safe and superior than the way of laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing.
