RF器械复位加融合术治疗成人腰椎滑脱症

目的：探讨RF器械加椎体间融合术或后外侧融合术治疗腰椎滑脱的疗效及适应证。方法：对21例腰椎滑脱症患者行彻底的神经减压,用RF器械对滑椎复位固定,自髂嵴后部取圆柱状骨块嵌入椎间植骨,或行TFC椎体间融合,或行后外侧横突间植骨融合。结果：术后随访6个月～6年5个月,平均3年9个月,按JOA下腰痛评分标准评价临床疗效,腰痛改善率为93％,滑脱复位率84％～100％。短时神经根功能障碍1例,无固定螺钉松动、断裂及再滑脱。结论：RF器械复位、固定加椎体间融合术或后外侧融合术是治疗腰椎滑脱的有效方法,椎体间隔合术与后外侧融合术各有其适应证。

TREATMENT OF SPONDYLOLISTHESIS WITH RF DEVICE PLUS LUMBAR FUSION

Objective:To investigate clinical outcome and indication of RF device and interbody fusion or posterolateral fusion for treatment of spondylolisthesis.Methods:21 cases of spondylolisthesis were selected for operation by posterior lumbar interbody fusion or posterolateral fusion and RF device fixation with decompression of the nerve root.Results:Follow up ranges from 6 to 77 months(average=45 months).We followed patient progress with JOA low lumbago scores.Low lumbago improvement rate was 93%.The reduction rate was from 84 to 100 persent.One patient had transient dysfunction of peripheral nerves.There was no pedicle screw loosening or broken.Conclusion:Posterior interbody fusion or posterolateral fusion plus RF device fixation is an effective method for treatment of spondylolisthesis.
