北京市丰台区社区全科医师心理健康状况调查

目的 调查社区全科医师心理健康状况并探讨其影响因素.方法 选取北京市丰台社区卫生服务中心全科医生183名,采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对上述人员的心理健康状况进行评价.结果 入组人员SCL-90总均分为（1.46±0.26）分,与全国常模比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但焦虑（1.75±0.49）分]及抑郁得分（1.85±0.58）分]明显高于全国常模抑郁（1.3±0.43）分]及焦虑得分（1.50±0.59）分],差异有高度统计学意义（P＜0.01）.受教育程度是影响社区全科医师心理健康的主要因素,硕士及以上人员的SAS、SDS评分、SCL-90中抑郁与焦虑因子以及精神病性项目得分明显低于本科及大专学历的人员,三者之间差异有高度统计学意义（P=0.00）.结论 社区全科医师心理健康状况已经开始受到整体医疗环境的影响,受教育程度高的全科医师具有良好的应对能力.

Mental health investigation of community general practitioner in Fengtai District of Beijing City

Objective To investigate the mental health status of general practitioner in community and explore the in- fluence factors. Methods Totally 183 general practitioners from Fengtai Community Health Service Center of Beijing were investigated by symptom checklist-90 （SCL-90）, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） for their mental health status. Results The SCL-90 grand average score of research subjects was （1.46±0.26） scores, showing no significant differences compared with the national norm （P 〉 0.05）. However, the scores of anxiety （1.75±0.49） scores] and depression （1.85±0.58） scores] were both significantly higher than the national norm （1.3± 0.43） scores and （1.50±0.59） scores], the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. The main influencing fac- tor of mental health of medical staffs was education level. The scores of SAS, SDS, and anxiety, depression, psychotic factors of SCL-90 for postgraduates were significantly lower than those for undergraduates and junior college students （P = 0.00）. Conclusion Mental health of general practitioners in community starts to be affected by the whole medical environment and those who accepted higher level education have good capability to deal with difficulties.
