肤疾宁贴联合地塞米松包封治疗神经性皮炎疗效分析

目的：观察地塞米松包封治疗神经性皮炎的疗效.方法：将118例神经性皮炎患者随机分为肤疾宁贴治疗组、地塞米松治疗组、肤疾宁地贴＋塞米松治疗组.分别用三种方法进行治疗,疗程为8日.结果：肤疾宁贴治疗组治愈率65.63%,地塞米松治疗组治愈率39.39%,肤疾宁贴＋地塞米松治疗组治愈率94.34%.三组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义.结论：肤疾宁地塞米松包封治疗神经性皮炎疗效好、治愈率高,值得临床广泛推广应用.

The efficacy analysis of Fujining paste combined with Dexamethasone- covered in the treatment of neurodermatitis

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Fujining paste combined with Dexamethasone - covered in the treatment of neuroderma- tiffs. Methods：118 patients with neurodermatitis were randomly divided into the Fujining paste treatment group, Dexamethasone treatment group and Fu- jining ＋ Dexamethasone treatment group. Three methods were used for treatment of 8 days. Results： The cure rate of Fujining treatment group was 65. 63 %, the cure rate of Dexamethasone treatment group was 39.39%, and the cure rate of Fujining ＋ Dexamethasone treatment group was 94.34 %. There were statistically significant differences between three groups. Conclusion ： Fujining paste combined with Dexamethasone - covered for treatment of neuro-dermatitis have good effect and high cure rate, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
