芎附根痛消丸联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的 观察芎附根痛消丸联合腰部电子间隙牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法130例患者随机分为治疗组（70例，口服芎附根痛消丸，同时牵引）和对照组（60例，口服盐酸乙哌立松片和美洛昔康片，同时牵引），2组进行临床疗效比较。结果经过一个疗程（30d）的治疗，治疗组的优良率（85．7％）明显高于对照组（58．3％），两组之间具有显著差异性（P〈0．05）。结论芎附根痛消丸联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效突出，结果满意，值得推广。

The curative effect of the Xiongfugentongxiao pill combined with the traction in treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the Xiongfugentongxiao pill combined with the waist electron crevice traction in treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods 130 patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （70 cases, took orally Xiongfugentongxiao pills and received traction treatment ） and control group （60 cases, took orally Epericonum and meloxicam, and received traction treatment ）, The curative effects in two groups were compared in the end. Results The excellence rate of treatment group（ 85.7% ）exceed significantly control group（ 58.3% ） , there were significant deviation（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There were certain curative effect of the Xiongfugentongxiao pill combined with the waist electron crevice traction in treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion, this medicine should be used into clinical treatment extensively.
