| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高浓度锌对雄性大鼠生殖系统的影响。方法:分别以12、120、240mg/kg三个剂量的硫酸锌,给大鼠灌胃染毒60天,观察大鼠生殖系统的变化。结果:各剂量组锌对雄性大鼠的生殖系统产生不同程度的影响,低、中、高各剂量组大鼠精子数目和活动度分别为(93.35±23.62)×10~9/L、(61.92±10.01)％;(75.20±20.26)×10~9/L、(56.62±11.46)％和(46.45±18.84)×10~9/L、(42.85±10.49)％,与阴性对照组(72.60±22.72)×10~9/L、(58.85±8.85)％比较,低剂量组精子活动数目和活动度显著提高,高剂量组显著降低,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高剂量组大鼠睾丸有较明显的病理学损伤。结论:高浓度锌对雄性大鼠生殖有损伤作用。

| Abstract: | objective; To study the effects of high dose of zinc on rat reproductive function. Methods :SDrats were treated with zinc sulfate by gavage( 12 mg/kg .120 mg/kg .240mg/kg) for 60 continuous day and their reproductive function was observed. Results; As compared with the control, the sperm quality of rat at high dose (240 mg/kg) seems to be depressed significantly (P <0. 05) ,and testicle was damaged seriously at microscopic examination. Conclusion: The reproductive damage was limited to certain extent. |
