摘    要:
目的:观察大鼠小脑前核(桥核,下橄榄,外侧网状核,桥被盖网状核和旁正中网状核)中皮质纤维终末的溃变型及其与各核中的小脑投射神经元的突触联系。材料和方法:8只大鼠,用HRP逆行示记法和溃变电镜技术。结果:(1)溃变型有三种,电子致密型,微丝增生型以及电子透明型。(2)电子致密型溃变有三种不同形态,即含圆形清亮型小泡,含多形清亮型小泡和混合型小泡的三种终末,其中绝大多数溃变终末含圆形亮型小泡。(4)溃

Abstract:
In order to observe the cortico-precerebellar nuclei terminals and their synaptic connections with precerebellar nuclei-cerebellar neurons, the pontine nucleus, inferior olivary nucleus, lateral reticular nucleus, nucleus reticularis tegmenti pontis and paramedian reticular nucleus were examined in 12 rats after the sensorimotor areas of the cerebral cortex were destroyed by electrocoagulation, and simultaneous injection of the HRP into the vermis IV-IX leaves. There were three types of degenerating changes in these nuclei: electron-dense, filamentous and electron-lucent changes. There were fewer filamentous and electron-lucent degenerations in precerebellar nuclei. The electron-dense changes were mainly of degenerating type, and were distributed in all the nuclei of the cerebral fiber terminals. The degenerating electron-dense terminals contained the three synaptic vesicles-the clear round, pleomorphic and mixed vesicles. Most of them were the terminals containing the clear round vesicles. A part of the degenerated terminals containing the clear round vesicles had synaptic connection with the HRP labeled neurons in the precerebellar nuclei. The results showed that at least a part of the cortico-precerebellar nuclei fibers had monosynaptic connection with the neurons projecting to the cerebellum.
