带绊双纽扣钢板治疗Rockwood Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨带绊双纽扣钢板治疗RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的临床效果。方法对近年来收治的RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者采用带绊双纽扣钢板内固定治疗,治疗后参照主观肩关节评分(SSV),根据肩部活动度、疼痛程度、肩锁关节复位X线表现情况进行疗效评定。结果所有患者经平均9.6个月的随访,均无不适症状,且均恢复正常工作;同时SSV评分由术前(36.4±7.3)%提高到术后(82.5±4.9)%;X线摄片均未见肩锁关节复位丢失。结论带绊双纽扣钢板治疗RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位是一种安全、有效的方法。

Clinical study of treating Rockwood III acromioclavicular joint dislocation with double endobutton technique

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of double Endobutton technique in treating Rockwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods 16 patients with Rockwood III acromioclavicular joint dislocation coming were performed with double Endobutton technique. Among the patients, 11 patients were male and 5 patients were female,with an average age of 37 years ( ranged from 21 to 54 years ). 7 patients had injuries in the left,and 9 patients in the right. All the patients were Rockwood Ⅲ dislocation with close wounds. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by The Subjective Shoulder Value (SSV) and the range of montion of acromioclavicular joint,pain, postreduction X ray. Results All the patients were followed up for 9.6 months (ranged from 6 to 13months). At the most recent review, all symptoms resolved. And all patients returned to normal work. The mean Subjective Shoulder Value improved from (36.4 ± 7.3)% preoperatively to (82.5 ± 4.9)% postoperatively. No loss of reduction was observed in any of the patients. Conclusion The short-term follow-up with double Endobutton technique proves to be a safe and effective way for providing fixation for the acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
