2006年章丘市在职教师高血压患病状况调查

目的]了解章丘市在职教师高血压患病状况，以便为教师高血压防治提供科学依据。方法]对参加健康检查6000名在职教师的血压进行统计分析。结果]患高血压1050人，患病率17．50％；其中城区教师高血压患病率19．42％，乡镇教师高血压患病率17．12％，两者之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；男教师高血压843人，患病率25．32％；女教师高血压207人，患病率7．75％，两者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；小学、初中、高中在职教师高血压患病率分别为15．46％、16．77％、21．40％，高中在职教师与小学、初中在职教师的患病率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论]在在职教师人群中开展高血压防治知识的宣传及干预非常有必要。

Investigation on High Blood Pressure among Teachers in Zhangqiu City in 2006

Objective]To understand the status of high blood pressure among teachers in Zhangqiu city,provide scientific basis for control and prevention.Methods]High blood pressure of the teachers were measured and analyzed statistically.Results]1 050 teachers were reported with high blood pressure.The incidence was 17.50%.Among them the incidence was 19.42% among the teachers in urban district and 17.12% among the teachers in rural areas.There was no difference(P>0.05).843 male teachers were reported with high blood pressure,accounting for 25.32%,and 207 female teachers were reported with high blood pressure,accounting for 7.75%.There was a difference(P<0.01).The morbidity of high blood pressure was 15.46%,16.77%,21.40% among the teachers from primary school,Junior high school and senior high school respectively.There was a difference(P<0.01).Conclusion]Propaganda on the prevention of high blood pressure and intervention among teachers from primary,junior high and senior high schools must be strengthened.
