摘    要:目的 对广州万孚胶体金法检测新型冠状病毒(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)抗体与深圳亚辉龙磁微粒化学发光法检测新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)IgM和IgG抗体结果进行对比研究,旨在为临床诊断与治疗提供良好指南。方法 收集2021年4月至5月来我院进行新冠抗体检测的患者216例,分别采用胶体金法和化学发光法进行新冠抗体检测,运用SPSS 26.0进行统计分析。结果 两种方法新冠抗体检测结果Kappa值为0.662,P<0.05,Kappa值具有统计学意义。结论 两种检测方法具有一致性,一致性中等,二者均可用于新型冠状病毒核酸检测阴性疑似病例的补充检查,二者均可用于新型冠状病毒疫苗接种后是否具有免疫力的评价分析。

Abstract:Objective To compare the detection method of Guangzhou Wondfo Colloidal Gold Novel Coronavirus(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)Antibody and Shenzhen YHLO Magnetic Particle Chemiluminescence Detection Method for Novel Coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)IgM and IgG Antibodies and to provide useful guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 216 patients who visited our hospital for COVID-19 detection from April,to May,2021 were collected for the study.Colloidal gold method and magnetic particle chemiluminescence method were used for the detection of antibody,and SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results Kappa value of the two methods was 0.662(P<0.05),with the statistical significance.Conclusion Our results showed that the two methods are moderately consistent.Both of them can be used for supplemental examination of suspected cases of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid detection and for the evaluation and analysis of immunity after the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.
