米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止畸形子宫早孕的临床研究

目的:探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止畸形子宫早孕的临床效果及安全性。方法:将确诊为畸形子宫早孕要求终止妊娠者分为观察组(米非司酮配伍米索前列醇)47例,对照组(人工流产术终止妊娠)31例,髓访观察流产效果及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组完全流产率显著高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),严重并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇应为终止畸形子宫早孕的首选方法。

Clinical Study of Mifepristone Combining Misoprostol for Termination of Early Pregnancy with Abnormal Uterus

Objective:To explore the effect and the safety of mifepristone combining misoprostol for termination of the early pregnancy with abnormal uterus. Methods: The patients who were diagnosed as early pregnancy with abnormal uterus and voluntarily terminated the early pregnancy were divided into the study group and the control group. 47 of women in the study group took mifepristone and misoprostol, while 31 of women in the control group received the artificial abortion to terminate the early pregnancy. Results; The complete abortion rate in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and there were significant difference between two groups ( P < 0.05 ). The incidence of syndrome in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there were significant difference between two groups ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion; The mifepristone combining misoprostol is a better way to terminate the early pregnancy with abnormal uterus.
