旋毛虫感染对过敏性哮喘模型小鼠干扰素-γ、白细胞介素4及白细胞介素5水平的影响

摘    要:目的通过观察感染旋毛虫小鼠并发过敏性哮喘后血清及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)和白细胞介素5(IL-5)水平的变化,探讨旋毛虫感染对过敏性哮喘小鼠的影响。方法随机将15只雌性BALA/c小鼠分为空白对照组(A组)、单纯过敏性哮喘组(B组)及感染旋毛虫后并发哮喘组(C组)各5只,建立单纯过敏性哮喘模型和感染旋毛虫后过敏性哮喘模型,取小鼠血清和BALF,采用酶联免疫吸附法进行检测,比较3组之间IFN-γ、IL-4及IL-5的差异。结果与A组比较,B组血清及BALF中的IFN-γ水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IL-4、IL-5水平显著升高(P<0.05);而C组血清及BALF中的IFN-γ水平较A组显著升高(P<0.05),IL-4、IL-5水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组与B组比较,血清及BALF中IFN-γ水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而IL-4、IL-5水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论旋毛虫感染对过敏性哮喘小鼠血清及BALF中IL-4、IL-5的表达有抑制作用,对IFN-γ无影响。

Effect of trichinization on interferon-gamma, interleukin-4 and interleukin-5 of mice with allergic asthma
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of trichinization on allergic asthma mice through observing the changes of interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-5(IL-5)levels in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)of mice with allergic asthma which were infected with Trichinella spiralis.Methods Fifteen BALB/c female mice were randomly divided into blank control group(group A),simple allergic asthma group(group B)and asthma followed by trichinization group(group C),five mice in each group.The model of simple allergic asthma and allergic asthma after trichinization were established.The serum and BALF of mice were taken and measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The differences of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-5 were compared among the three groups.Results There were no significant difference of IFN-γ levels in serum and BALF between group A and group B(P>0.05).But the IL-4 and IL-5 levels in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The IFN-γ level in group C was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),but there were no statistic difference of IL-4 and IL-5 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant difference of IFN-γ levels in serum and BALF between group C and group B(P>0.05).But the IL-4 and IL-5 levels in group C were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Trichinization has inhibitory action on the expression of IL-4 and IL-5 in serum and BALF,but has no effect on IFN-γ of mice with allergic asthma.
